Ground Requirements

Two of the most important factors that affect whether we can provide our mobile crazy golf to your venue are ground requirements and vehicle access to the setup location. To make things easier we have a list of approved venues but if your venue is not shown on our approved venues listing, then you'll need to ensure that they have the necessary requirements.

Our mobile crazy golf surface requirements are arguably the most important factors when booking our mobile crazy golf course for your event. The location has to ideally be flat and horizontal so that we can setup the course on it. If the location is sloping heavily or uneven then the balls won't roll true and can create quite a frustrating and unenjoyable experience! Additionally, health and safety is still a priority for us and uneven ground would significantly increase this risk. Below is a list of common surfaces we are able to assemble the mobile crazy golf course on:

Regardless if the surface is grass, carpet, concrete, gravel, paved or wooden floorboards, we are able to account for any minor discrepancies with the level as we always carry ‘packers’ to help us make necessary adjustments for a true putting surface.

Vehicle Access To Set Up Location

It's important that we are able to get our vehicles close to the setup location (indoors or outdoors) so we can unload the trollies in a quick and safe manner. If access to the set up location is limited and requires us to unload further away, then additional set up costs may be incurred. Should the venue have stairs or a lift involved, then a further charge may be required as this can impact setup time and costs.

Our mobile crazy golf course is one of the largest mobile crazy golf courses in the UK. We ensure that our course is accessible for everyone, including wheel chair users. If you are aware that none of your guests require additional access to the course, then we are able to scale the course down to use less space in between each hole making the overall space required for the mini golf course, less.  Should the course not fit in one area, we can split the mini golf course into different areas to accommodate the space/layout available. Additionally, we can liaise with the venue staff to ensure a 'best fit' for the course.
